Deposit (or full payment at once) is acceptance and confirmation that you have read and agreed to the below terms and conditions:

Deposits are non-refundable and cancellations cannot be made 24hours after an order is processed. If Walter and Winnie Paper Studio cannot fulfill the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given for the amount paid to date by the client. 

If any deadline is not met by the client; such as sending content, text, required information or outstanding balances to progress the project, Walter and Winnie Paper Studio are not expected to meet deadlines of proofs, prints or delivery. Any indication of the duration of a project is to be considered an estimate and if unforeseen circumstances occur, Walter and Winnie Paper Studio are not responsible. 

All concepts, ideas, design work, and illustrations are property of Walter and Winnie Paper Studio unless agreed otherwise in writing. 

PDF proofs are sent via e-mail to clients throughout the design process. Great care is taken to ensure that all information is accurate, however ultimately any errors are the responsibility of the client. If designs are approved and signed off with type errors and subsequently printed Walter and Winnie Paper Studio takes no responsibility and any re-print charges will be paid by the client. 

Any invoices are to be paid within 14 days. Projects will not be started or delivered without payment. 

To comply with GDPR guidelines, Walter and Winnie Paper Studio will keep all client files, data and physical artwork in a secure environment with password protection. We shall only share your data for necessary procedures to complete your project; such as with postal companies, printers and the like.
