OUR STORY

Thank you for visiting Walter and Winnie Paper Studio - a small design studio based on the North East coast. I specialise in designing and creating beautiful handmade stationery and papery goods for all your happy occasions. 

My name is Sophie and I live in Whitley Bay, Tyne & Wear, with my boyfriend Liam, daughter Dottie and Marcel the hairy lurcher. I am a self-confessed stationery addict and wedding lover! 

After studying Fashion Communication at Northumbria University and having always been creative, when my best friend Gemma announced she had booked her wedding, I managed to convince her to let me create her wedding stationery and from there, Walter and Winnie Paper Studio was born. 

Since then, I have worked with many lovely couples, helping them plan the first sneak peek of their wedding that their guests will see. I understand that your wedding invitations set the scene for your big day and I love working with couples to add the little details that make their day truly special and personal.
